By Denise Kube Foam Pillows - Pillows That Keep Their ShapeAre you tired of awakening in the morning only to find that your pillow has compacted into a pancake overnight? If so, you may want to consider foam pillows. Foam pillows are firmer and denser than traditional pillow filling, making them less likely to flatten out. Besides their ability to hold their shape, foam pillows have several other benefits. Standard pillows often create awkward sleeping positions that can cause severe neck, shoulder, or back pain. A pillow made with foam will cradle your neck and head at an angle that helps your neck align with your spine. This allows you to sleep all night without pain. In addition, a foam pillow can help snorers to sleep better, since a lack of head and neck support can increase snoring. Foam pillows are usually created with materials that are hypoallergenic, making them ideal for people who suffer from dust mite and mildew allergies. Since foam material dries out more quickly than some other types of stuffing, the pillows are less likely to grow damp and sticky while you sleep. However, if you do have problems sleeping on a foam pillow, consider shopping for a pillow that comes with a fitted cover. The cover can be washed frequently to reduce dust and dirt. Once you use a foam pillow, you can finally wake up in the morning feeling well rested and ready to face the day.
