Bed Pillow - Enjoy A Sound Sleep

Most people spend six to eight hours a night sleeping. Without the right bed pillow, they may have trouble getting a good night's rest or may awaken with neck pain. Luckily, there are many options available, so you can easily find a bed pillow that is right for you.

While many people still use a standard bed pillow that is stuffed with polyester fiber or shredded foam filling, more and more people are turning to other choices. The traditional feather pillow has grown much more popular in recent years, since new methods of cleaning make the pillow hypoallergenic. Buckwheat pillows and molded foam pillows are also popular choices. Both of these pillow types are used to alleviate neck pain and to stop people from snoring. Feather, buckwheat, and molded foam pillows can be re-shaped again and again to provide optimal comfort.

Most of the time, a bed pillow is rectangular. However, new designs, such as wedge pillows, are being developed to meet the needs of people with neck, back, and shoulder pain.

When you try one of these new bed pillow types, don't be surprised if you finally can get a good night's rest. Even better, perhaps you can get rid of some of your aches and pains without having to visit the chiropractor.
